It's for any person who wants to learn how to buy residential real estate, hold it over long periods of time while renting it out to tenants. The program focuses on starting out with 1 to 4 family properties and expanding in property number and/or size from there.
That depends on several factors including how aggressively you complete the program, take advantage of the support available within the academy, your financial profile and willingness to prioritize and make choices that align with your goals. In short....it completely depends on you and what you put into the effort to get results.
That's a personal decision. Many housing providers continue to work even after they've achieved their financial goals for various reasons - to get financing easier, healthcare or simply because they enjoy what they do. In my opinion, if you're building for income replacement you'll want to make sure your rental biz throws off at least 150% of your total monthly expenses in net cash flow. Some people will want more of a cushion. Some can do with less.
You could get through the training, roadmaps and private sessions in one semester (15 weeks) if you put the time in. But the coursework is self-paced so you can take as long as you need.
